Bruschetta

 

3 Baguettes, sliced 1/4 inch thick
Garlic Cloves, halved
Extra virgin olive oil
Kosher salt

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Arrange the bread slices on a baking sheet and, using a dampened pastry brush, brush both sides of each slice with the olive oil. Place the bread in the oven for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, until browned. Rub each slice lightly with the garlic and sprinkle the salt on top.

Spread each slice with the white bean puree and top with the garlic and sage.

Or, spread each slice with a thin layer or pesto and serve.
