Farm in the City

Pinolillo (Central American Hot Cocoa)

 

1 cup corn flour
2 Tablespoon cocoa powder
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon. cinnamon
A dash of ground cloves
5 cups water

Toast corn flour until noticeably darker and fragrant.

Boil water and whisk in flour, spices, cocoa, and sugar.

Serve hot on a cold day.
