4 cups milk
1/2 cup cornmeal
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup maple syryp
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoon butter
Simmer cornmeal and salt in milk for 15 minutes.
Add syryp, sugar, cinnamon, and butter. Pour into a greased baking dish.
Bake for 2 hours at 300 degrees. Serve warm or cold for breakfast or dessert.
