Our community gardens engage people from a variety of cultures, socio-economic positions, ages, and abilities. We have a garden at Highland Senior High School, two at Concordia University, two at Dunning Field, and one at a private home. In the Lex-Ham neighborhood, we serve 90 families who garden on one Dunning site. The other Dunning site serves the 150 children in Summer Youth Camp. Our highly visible community gardens serve tens of thousands of people who drive or walk by, to be struck by beauty and reminded of our vulnerable connection to the earth.
